Program-level funding and support mechanisms a Turkish KOBİ can access, compiled per edition from official sources. SGK premium-incentive calculation logic, grant-writing services, and sector deep-dives are out of scope. Amounts change per cycle — the edition stamp, not the page date, is the validity claim.
