Avalanche AI is the practice of Ali Rıza Kuyucu.

The unusual part of the profile is the combination. Two decades on the delivery and presales side of enterprise data — Oracle, Teradata, then four years leading delivery at BlueCloud — means the architectures proposed here have survived contact with real enterprise buying committees, security reviews, and go-lives. Since early 2026 the practice has been hands-on agentic: designing and building corporate brains and grounded agents with Claude-based tooling, as advisor to a major Türkiye QSR group's Snowflake program and to a leading Turkish data consultancy's internal AI transformation.

The thesis the practice is built on — and the method that delivers it — are published openly on this site: The Corporate Brain, The Brain–Agent Loop, The Corporate Brain Method. This site is itself a working corporate brain: every page carries a freshness claim, and all of it is agent-readable via /llms.txt.
